Description
2026 Hewescraft Open Fisherman 180
Adventure Starts Here
This roomy, open boat may seem unassuming, but it’s built with the same rugged strength as our largest ocean-going models. With center console and tiller control options, it’s the perfect platform for chasing Kenai reds, Columbia springers, or Rogue River chrome. Take the helm—or grab the tiller—of the affordable, purpose-built skiff that lets you chart your own course.
The 180 Open Fisherman is built on our proven Sportsman hull and engineered for true 360-degree fishability. We’ve upgraded the layout with an improved electrical system, a fuel tank relocated beneath the floor for a lower center of gravity, and expanded bow storage capable of holding three Group 31 batteries. Low-profile cleats, integrated rod storage, and our optional welded track system add even more convenience and versatility.
With all-welded construction, a lifetime hull-weld warranty, and our unwavering commitment to safety, the Open Fisherman is built for years of dependable, exciting days on the water. Value is built into every Hewescraft—and the 180 Open Fisherman is no exception.
